The service
Pirate King (pirateking.wiki) is a free, unofficial fan encyclopedia for One Piece that assembles its pages around your reading or watching position. By using it you accept these terms. It is not affiliated with Shueisha, Toei Animation, or Eiichiro Oda.
Your account
Accounts are optional and free. Keep your credentials to yourself, give us a working email if you want account mail to reach you, and don't impersonate other people. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no grace period or recovery window. Your notes, bookmarks, and votes are erased; reports you filed are kept for quality purposes but permanently stripped of your identity.
Acceptable use
Don't attack the service: no scraping at abusive rates, no attempts to bypass the progress gate or reach content beyond your position by technical means, no probing other people's data, and no using the report system to harass. We may rate-limit or block traffic that threatens the service for everyone else.
Your content
Notes are private to you; we don't read them except as needed to operate the service, and we never publish them. Reports are sent to us on purpose — we use them to fix problems and improve the encyclopedia, and may quote them internally.
No warranty — including about spoilers
We work very hard to keep spoilers out — the spoiler policy describes the machinery — but the service is provided as is, and we cannot legally guarantee you will never encounter one. If you do, report it: we treat leaks like fires on deck. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so on the changelog before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
